Co-Response Jail Diversion

Rachel received her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies Education from Endicott College in 2020, followed by her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College in 2022. After graduate school, Rachel was employed at a therapeutic middle/high school, where she worked with students facing emotional and academic challenges. She then went on to work as a Clinician at the Department of Youth Services (DYS), supporting detained male juveniles. Following her time at DYS, she returned to a school setting at a local middle school, where she obtained her School Adjustment Counselor license and worked in the school's therapeutic program. Rachel is currently serving the Harvard and Stow communities as their Co-Response JDP Clinician.
