Framingham Law Day speaker: Freedom of the press is a pillar of democracy

Retired Ashland Police Chief Craig Davis and Dr. Sarah Abbott, director for the Jail Diversion Program at Advocates in Framingham, were awarded the Judge Robert C. Campion Award for Community Service for the work they did for starting the Jail Diversion Program in Framingham in 2003, and expanding it throughout the state.

Advocates Earns Three-Year CARF Accreditation

Advocates, a human services organization in Framingham providing supports to more than 30,000 individuals with disabilities and families in Central and Eastern Massachusetts, has received three-year accreditation from the international accrediting body, CARF, for a number of its services.
