Eli received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Denison University. After graduating, Eli worked as a direct care counselor at a residential program for adolescent and teenage girls with complex trauma and acute mental health issues. He then moved onto Wayside Youth and Family Network, where he worked with kids in their homes and communities. Eli then went on to complete his master’s degree in social work at Salem State University. While completing his education, Eli interned at the Bedford VA, working with homeless Veteran’s and as an case manager for the Cambridge Mental Health Court, where he developed a passion for working within the criminal justice system. Eli currently serves as the Co-Response Clinician for the Watertown Police Department.
